CLA Dosage

Since the trend is to consume less of the natural sources of CLA, meat and dairy fat, taking supplements may make sense.

Studies suggest that taking 3-4 grams of CLA per day can improve the muscle-fat ratio. By contributing to a loss of body fat, particularly abdominal fat, while increasing lean tissue formation, the result can be a leaner, and thus, healthier body.
