Cher Ewing is a life style coach and operates www.bandedtogether.net and also hosts a weekly radio show at www.blogtalkradio.com/bandbanter that serves those patients that are about to have or have had lap band surgery. Cher has invited me and Tim Beard, Sales and Marketing Director for Kay's Naturals on her radio show on Monday, October13th at 5:00 Central Time.

We will also cover a subject that to most of you is "black art" and that is the reading of nutritional labels on the products you buy and what does it all mean. We will also visit our new product line Bari Care which is specifically designed for recent post op Bariatric patients. Cher is an exciting host and I guarantee you that if you tune in not only will you not be bored but you will gain knowledge that will make you a better informed consumer. We will be giving away a recipe book contributed by www.myhealthmanagement.com and this book is a treasure trove of ideas and recipes that can release you from diet boredom.
Here is how to find the show: Sit down in front of your computer and turn the volume way up on your speakers (you can adjust them to suit you when the show starts) go to www.blogtalkradio.com/bandbanter and sit back and enjoy the show. Cher will do a bit of an intro and then she will call on Tim and me about 10 minutes after the hour to join her and we'll banter (Ha!) until Cher decides to throw us off the show. If you do miss it however, you will be able to listen to it on this blog whenever you want since we will post the show in it's entirety as soon as we get the recording from Cher.
